Return/Refund Conditions

1. Items received within 14 days.

2. Items returned must be in unused/good condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s opened, damaged, or altered in any way. 

3. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

4. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

5. The after-sale warranty is 14 days upon receiving the parcel.

Quality problems (ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc) of the product are found within the after-sale warranty, please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of defected lens.

We will solve it after checking. Please do not throw the lens and lens package before your problem is solved because we have several different packages(brands).

Notice:

1. Each order has only one after-sale privilege.

2. Replace, return or refund is not available if the color is not what you expect/want or the parameters you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes. 

Return/Refund Process

Step 1. Please send an email to info@prettyhouselens.com.au first and we will write back to you as soon as possible.

Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number and reason.

Step 2. Place the item(s) in the original packing.

Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.

Step 3. Drop off you package at your carrier.

Please provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us

Step 4. We receive your return package. 

We will check the parcel whether in good condition or not once we receive the returned parcel and then we will handle the refund to your account in accordance to the return conditions.

Please note that we reserve the right to approve or refuse a request for a refund/return that reviewed by our manager case by case.

Terms & Conditions

Pretty House Lenstore reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an Order that it has previously accepted. Pretty House Lenstore may do this for example, but without limitation, where:

(a) Pretty House Lenstore’s suppliers are unable to supply Goods that they have previously promised to supply;

(b) an event beyond Pretty House Lenstore’s control, such as storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, means that Pretty House Lenstore is unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time;

(c) Goods ordered were subject to an error on the Website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the Order being accepted;
